The clamping method of each surface should be considered before machining the complicated aluminum alloy precision parts,secondly, the structure of the workpiece should be considered.Before making the front surface,firstly we need to find a surface to flaten as the bottom surface,and then we process the front surface,so that we can make sure that the piece is vertical,it will be convenient to calibrate the table when machining the side.

If the side surface that cannot be processed when there is edging material,you can also do the fixture first,then positioning front and back for processing,after processing,we use the fixture to fix it and then do the side surface.If there are oblique side parts, we can choose to use the slope first to finish the front surface according to the size, and then adjust the angle to finish the processing of the oblique side,and then make the simple side that's easy to fixture.

If you can't process large aluminum alloy parts with straight angle iron,you can mill two slots on the side material when you make the front,then you can choose to press the slot with the iron to process the side
